Many of our customers called us and asked whether they can try the masks as they didn’t know whether the masks fit them. We felt the pain while we said no to our customers. From 1/24/2013, we have a new program called “Mask Assurance Program” for customers who like to try CPAP masks.

If you purchase a mask and add the “Mask Assurance”, you will be able to return the mask to us with full refund. No question asked!

Please note:

• You can return the mask within 30 days you receive the package
• The mask returned must have all items in the original package, including bags, headgears, cushions, frames, user manuals, etc
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Shipping cost from Respshoppe.com to customer home is not refundable. If original order had free shipping, Respshoppe.com will deduct $6.99 from the mask refund
